Although the # 9106 vent is primarily designed for use on the roof of a trailer, there's no reason why it couldn't be used on the sidewall. The vent is designed for a 11-1/8" long x 5-1/2" wide rough opening, so if the opening on your trailer wall is similarly sized, the vent would work well for you.
